For online appointments, you’ll receive a link to join your consultation. For face-to-face appointments, you’ll attend Balanced Life Health Care in Ferntree Gully at your scheduled time.
You may also be asked to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire so we can make the most of our time together.
Yes! For online consultations, parents or carers can join from different locations, making it easier for families managing shared care or busy schedules to participate.
Face-to-face consultations are also available in Ferntree Gully if you’d prefer to meet in person.
Face-to-face nutrition consultations are available on selected dates at Balanced Life Health Care in Ferntree Gully, Melbourne, Victoria.

Online consultations remain available Australia-wide.
Private health rebates may apply. Please check with your health fund to confirm your eligibility and level of cover. The invoice you receive will be sufficient to claim if you are eligible.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. A 50% fee applies to late cancellations. Please see the Cancellation Policy for full details.
