You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment, along with information about joining your online consultation and a link to complete your pre-consultation questionnaire.
Yes. For consultations involving a child or family, parents or carers can attend together or join the online consultation from different locations. This can be particularly helpful for families navigating shared care.
Private health rebates may apply. Please check with your health fund to confirm your eligibility and level of cover. The invoice you receive will be sufficient to claim if you are eligible.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. A 50% fee applies to late cancellations. Please see the Cancellation Policy for full details.
